I researched it on the Internet and supported my choice. I make meatloaf, soups and cookies. On Internet cooking shows many chefs use Cuisinart units. I made a thorough research and am happy with my choice
I have wanted this food processor for a long time and needed to finally replace the one I had which was a KitchenAid. This machine is great for everything I cook in my kitchen.
I purchased this a while back but waited to review. Now I’ve made many things in this including keto bread dough (using the standard blade), smoothies, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped and sliced many vegetables. It performed every task with ease and was so simple and easy to clean up afterward. To be honest I only used the dishwasher for the initial washing when I first got it however would use that method again. It is easy to hand wash though because it has less nooks and crannies that other machines I have seen. I love that it is actually clean without using a toothbrush!
I had my mom’s old food processor which died and I hardly used. It was so loud with no options for pulsing. I did a lot research and decided on the 14 cup. It’s wonderful and I feel like a beginner using the 3 blades to see what it can do. I now prep for a weeks worth for salad fixings..slicing tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, peppers, shredding lettuce etc. making it a quick put together everyday. Next venture bread making!
