Poor Quality

We are very disappointed with the quality of the microwave. Shortly after 1 year we began losing segments of the display. After less than 3 years the unit magnetron died and the turntable died. We are having to replace the unit with a new one because it is almost as expensive to repair it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love that the micro wave matches the finish of the range, refrigerator and dishwasher. We also purchased the toaster and coffee maker.

This review is a common theme as all the other ones. High end Cafe purchase a couple of years back and now it’s rendered useless. Started with the display and now the turntable turns on its own and is starting to go down fast. I would love some help from ge since all my other appliances from ge seem to last

GE does not stand behind their products! If they did you wouldn’t see all of one star reviews that say the same thing. Turntable was on and wouldn’t stop and then it stopped heating. This product is overpriced JUNK! I would Not recommend purchasing this unless you want to replace it soon. We have had ours 5 years. I would never spend so much money if I knew it wasn’t going to last. At what point will GE realize their ratings on their appliances will go down because the people who originally purchased them are starting to see all the problems.
