Absolute garbage

This microwave looks and works like something that should be a college dorm room or truck stop! its absolutely ugly, the keypad has to be mashed to get some buttons to work and it produces hot spots throughout the food. I cannot believe this appliance carries the Cafe name! I am beyond disappointed and cafe will do nothing for me!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product

This is the best Microwave I’ve ever owned. It cooks evenly and efficiently. It also allows me to bake or roast when I need additional oven space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dead in three weeks

Microwave broke after three weeks,. Barely used it.

Our Cafe microwave looks fantastic, works beautifully and has an enormous amount of features.
We haven’t used all the features yet, but the ones we have used have worked flawlessly. We could not hope for a better product!
