Multiple calls for repair

This product had door issues that was serviced twice. Now the turntable that has stopped as well as no heating.

Good microwave but multiple issues within a year

This is a good microwave but lacks quality. Older versions works very well. However the new models are having common issues with display (part of the digital display doesn't work) and frequent issues with the sensors switch that senses the front door.

When the actual control panel display (clock, time, etc.) is too dim (barely visible) or there are sections of the clock display that are missing, this would require service.
However, we see you've recently had a service technician come out and fix your microwave. We're glad they were of help to you!

The unit malfunctioned within three years. The magnetron failed in the unit. We didn’t expect this from a unit that’ll lay this price.

Well equipped, poor quality...

This is supposed to be GE's high end Cafe' line. It has broken twice in the few years that I've owned it. I had it repaired under the manufactures warranty last time. This time I believe the control board is shot. Time to move on to someone else's product.

Your product should be an embarrassment to your company. Within a year of our purchase many of the keypad buttons ceased to work. The display also ceased working. Currently we can only use the 30-second button to start the unit and increase cook time. No other functions on the keypad work.
