Our builder put this microwave in throughout our community. Facebook page full of people complaining that theirs quit working. We joined the group of people buying a new replacement. 2 years. Pathetic!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had this micro wave for two years and now it stop working. Turn table is not turning and there is no heat production although there is power Disappointing. Of corse it worked fine until the warranty expired

Dissappointed with product quality

We've been using this microwave for about 2.5 years. The control panel buttons have stopped working already. I could buy a replacement control panel...however, the cost of the replacement control panel is almost the price of a new microwave (not GE). Not to mention the hassle of removing the microwave (built-in) and repairing.
I called for support and was told....sorry, it's out of warranty. This kind of product shouldn't be failing in the 2.5 years since we started using it.

Defective piece of junk

We spent a small fortune on this convection microwave oven two years ago. One year later, right as the warranty expired, it started having issues. We've had the repair man out three different times, and he's replaced several different parts (magnetron, door closure sensor, and something related to the control panel. The oven function never was very good, and now even the microwave function has ceased operating (again). We give up... Replacing with something other than a GE appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it!

Great microwave. Easy to use, looks great. Quiet. Heats evenly/no hot spots. LOVE the convection bake oven which has saved us a bunch. Opted for single oven and am glad I did with this as a backup for holidays.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Barely lasted for 1.5 yr before it stopped working

This unit came as part of the builder installed options. One fine morning the unit stopped working: the fan would run, the light would turn on but the turntable does not turn and no heat. The microwave and conventions functions stopped working . Called Tech support and was informed that the product was out warranty. For the cost the unit a years warrantly is a joke.
