Have had the microwave three months and love the ease of use and features. Backing fractures allows us to bake smaller items using less power or will other items cooking. Would buy again!

Great features- poor performance

It is noisy and makes a popping noise whenever it is operating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Buttons not sensitive to touch

I bought this as part of a kitchen suite of Cafe appliances. Works ok. Having trouble with touch sensor on control pad. Doesn’t pick up touch sometimes abs have to keep touching. Haven’t used convection part yet

I love my new café microwave with all of its features including being controlled by Alexsia. I had an error when I first got it but it was human error I was pushing the wrong button‘s. It’s the greatest thing I’ve added to my kitchen ever
