Good multi-function microwave

I purchased this microwave/convection oven to replace and update the same model I bought 20 years ago (which was still working fine when I replaced it). In addition to the microwave & convection functions, it now has a broiler, which is great. The REHEAT button on the old model has now been replaced with a WARM button which heats the food much, much slower but more evenly. Fortunately, the ADD 30-SEC feature is still part of the panel when you're in a hurry. The exterior dimensions are exactly the same as the old model which was a critical factor in my purchase because the space into which it must fit is too small for most other models.

EXCELLENT MICROWAVE

The microwave heats items quickly, works well and looks nice. But now I know why we never bought S/S before. Finger prints everywhere. They should design where finger points are not visible.

Too Many Problems

The first one was baking, I opened the door to check on food with 4 minutes remaining on cook time, closed the door, pushed start and left the room. Came back to find it switched to microwave, FOOD WAS RUINED! It was replaced by seller. Second one arrived, glass plate was not stable (wobbley), parts ordered and replaced. Still have the same problem. Tech not sure how to correct!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dual oven

Looks good, has dual oven. Only concern is microwave feature not as powerful as old microwave.

The Absolute BEST - More than a Microwave

My family and I have fallen in love with this microwave/ oven. We use it to warm, to bake and lightly toast! It works flawlessly! We are new users and the whole household is in the manual and searching for You Tube videos on the features! I speak for my family this is the absolute best microwave/oven EVER!
