I bought this microwave a few months ago, and I have loved it ever since. It has great features that can do a variety of different things. The buttons are big, and easy to be accessed. The look of the product is great too!

Keypad is dark and Difficult to See

overall a good microwave, however my biggest complain is the visibility of the keypad. The letter is dark and hard to read with low light. It either needs a brighter color or backlit.

Nice microwave

We've been using this microwave for about 6 months, and we really love the features. So far it's been working great. We wanted to do away with having a microwave and a toaster oven, and this was the perfect solution. We only recently connected it to wifi and Alexa, but so far that is working great. While it's a completely unnecessary feature, it can be nice since our microwave is under our countertop, which means the buttons sit lower. We mostly use this as a microwave and not an oven, but it is nice having the capability to do both. It is pricey for a microwave, so I hope it lasts. So far, so good.
