Clothes do not come out clean!

Local appliance store installed our stackable in September 2016. I am so frustrated with water barely covering clothes, clothes are terribly twisted when spin cycle over and stains still on clothes. I've read the manual, checked the hoses and followed all the instructions about the appliance on line. Really, Frigidaire, this washer sucks!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Mama Gina, all of our laundry centers are high efficiency (HE) and use the smallest amount of water needed to get the job done. I switched from a washer that had an agitator to one without, it sure was hard to get used to, but now I love it! Washing machines that have no agitator have more room, which is great when you need to wash quits or blankets. This requires that the laundry be in balls due to how they move to clean. Avoid loading items in a flat, laid-out fashion (different from the way I learned to load a washing machine!). In a machine with no agitator, plates or discs cause the tub to gently juggle or spin the laundry. Items will be saturated but not covered by water. The unique impeller motion moves clothes through the water, using the motion of clothes against each other to aid in cleaning. Disapointed in the Washer

I do not like the way the washer washes my clothes. My white clothes are now gray. It doesn't seem to get things clean.

I brought this about 2 months ago , I just love how fast the dryer dries my clothes. It's also energy efficiency that a plus. The washer is so quiet while its running. This is a great purchase will recommend to my family and friends.

I bought not 1 but 2 of the washer/dryer combinations. I built one of the first homes specifically designed for Air BNB use. The washer washes well and I like the fact it can wash a large capacity. At first I was a bit unsure of it as it failed to fully wring out a bath rug. The dryer is sometimes just ok. It turns off before the clothes are dry. They need to fix this feature so that it senses they are still damp. I have to use the time dry a lot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If the load is too small or almost dry, the moisture sensing bars may not detect enough moisture to continue the cycle and the cycle may end after a few minutes. I bougth this in February and I have been swearing ever since I got it. It's the Worth piece of Appliance I have ever bought in my entire life and I am 64 years old. I can't even wash with cold water. No matter what cycle I put it on it is only hot water coming out. I have never ruined so many pieces of cothing in my life. I will never recommend this to anyone.
