Defective Dryer

Dryer is not responsive and will keep cutting off. Technician was not able to repair so I returned product, and got a different brand.

Horrible

My apartment complex has these and they're horrible. Extremely loud and the washer takes forever. About an hour to wash. Do not buy!! I'm hoping my apartment complex will go with something different. Also your clothes will be very filled with lint after drying them.

The worst product of any kind I've ever bought

This is not only the worst washer/dryer I've ever used, but it is the worst product of any kind I've ever purchased in my adult life. It does not wash well, it does not spin well, it does not dry well, and in the process of doing an awful job of everything it makes more noise than a piano falling from a third floor window. If you're planning to try this product out, you had better be sure that the merchant you buy it from takes returns. By the end of the first week, you'll be willing to pay the merchant a few hundred dollars just to come to your home to take it back.

Serves it purpose

I think the "normal" wash cycle is a little too long, but the "short" cycle is really quick. Also, it is a little frustrating when you push the start button, you don't know right away if it is working... you have to get used to it. Also, I am 5'2", and getting laundry from the bottom of the machine after it's been washed is sort of a pain. It also isn't as quiet as I was hoping, but my kids seem to sleep with it one right by their rooms.

Best purchase I have ever made

The size of the washing machine is great so that I do less loads and the dryer works great. The air dry option helps me get ride of the cat hair on my clothes that can't dry on heat.

Classic style and good controls - Great investment

The washer/dryer looks great and works well - the color is outstanding, the controls are presented well and easy to read, and quieter than the old machine. We are saving on costs since it is an energy saver (energy star rated) and high efficiency laundry center. We are happy with our investment.
