Worst machine I ever owned

I bought this model 3 years ago because my previous Frigidaire stackable unit was a good machine. This one, however, is horrible. My clothes are beat up during ever cycle, even finding that my tops are inside out at the end of wash cycle. It takes forever to cycle thru the wash and some times items are barely wet. The dryer does not sense when clothes are dry and many times will have to be restarted. A family member recently purchased this unit and when I told him the problems I have, he tried to return it. Then he found out from the dealer that this model had been discontinued and replaced with one that has an agitator and indicator lights to know what cycle the machine is on. He was told the model had been changed after 6 months so obviously it was known by Frigidaire. I would like a response please. Thank you.

Noisy. Unreliable. Slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has a cheap, flimsy feel. Loud operation and like most HE appliances takes forever to do a load. Dryer quit working after a month. Parts took over a week to get.
I'd almost prefer a laundromat. I certainly wouldn't recommend this model.

Love the stainless drums

Horrible

Clothes keep getting caught in the agitator ..constantly ripping to get them out and the dryer keeps shutting off

Better than imagined!

Great Combo!

DO NOT BUY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this maybe 8 months ago. We have also had to have it serviced probably 8 times so far.
As a matter of fact, right now, we cannot even do laundry because the dryer is broken. If I could return this product, I would have done so already.
Buying this machine was the worst decision I ever could have made.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
It also takes FOREVER to do a full load, washing and drying.
I feel like this combo is a huuuge rip off, and was completely overpriced and clearly not worth it.
Within the time I have had this machine, we have probably gone a solid month and a half going to the laundry mat because of it not working. Which adds up with a 5 person household.

What A Nightmare

I purchased this machine one year ago. Every other month I have had to service the machine. I've had to stick almost half of the amount I paid for this poorly made machine back into it. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of ownership the company is seeming to take on their faulty product and would absolutely NOT recommend anyone purchasing this product. It would make me question their quality and attention to detail for any of their other products as well. I would not be a Frigidaire shopper in the future.
