Quiet and Cleans well

very frustrating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very difficult to pull the lower rack in or out when the dishwasher is more than half full. This seems like a poor design- the lower rack only slides easily when there are no dishes. The plastic tines holding the dishes collapses very frequently causing the dishes to fall on each other. It is very frustrating to use. This dishwasher came with my new house but I would not buy this based on my experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, a good DW. Very quiet. Start button should have an LED indicator. You're not sure you've pressed it correctly until the door is closed and the machine starts. Cleans glasses better than my previous DW. The fold down racks are useful, but I'm not a big fan of the angle and short length of the tines.

Super Quiet, Cleans Excellent

Worse dishwasher ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Silver ware holder has opening on side. I find putting the occasional piece of silverware in the holder tends to fall out the side opening. Have to remove the bottom slide out tray to get it out.
The bottom tray is clumsy and difficult to get back. Like it jams on something. It should slide in effortlessly like my past dishwashers.
The start button doesn't light when you start it, nor does the cancel light. Sometimes I have to press them twice, and don't know if they have really engaged. I had a warranty repairman replace the touchbar, and he said it is not a good mechanism. Glitchy.
On the max dry setting, it does not dry my dishes. Lot of water is left on the them.

Dries poorly and can't trust sanitize temperatures

Besides being a beast for the installer to to keep centered in cabinet, the dishwasher doesn't dry worth a hoot and I can't trust the sanitize cycle - especially even if the dishes don't get dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes! KIM21, I am dismayed to hear of your challenges with drying and water temperature. Let me see if I can help a bit, I want you to be pleased with your dishwasher. Before starting a cycle, please run the hot water faucet in the sink for several minutes to clear cool water from the pipes. Make sure you are using rinse aid, you can even increase the amount dispensed to help with drying (page 14 in your Owner’s Manual). Some plastics may need to be towel dried as they don’t get as hot a metal or glass so more water collects. Page 16 in your Owner’s Manual has some good tips to combat a lack of drying.
