Electrolux dishwasher

The look of this dishwasher is beautiful. However, we have had issues with the touch buttons - sometimes they beep and sometimes they don't. It's hard to tell when the dishwasher will actually go on and when it won't.
There are water spots all over the dishes when it finishes, which I know is a feature of modern dishwashers because they can't get as hot as before, but it looks messy.

Do not buy

This appliance looks like it had all of the bells and whistles but upon two weeks of operation the entire control board went out. We have now dealt with multiple technicians and the replacement part is on back order. Very frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful and quiet!

Great dishwasher. Cleans great, so very quiet it's hard to know it's running sometimes. Our old dishwasher was so loud we would never think to put it on until we went up to bed at night. The one issue we had that was fixed by reading the manual was that it sometimes started by closing the door. I guess we probably pressed the button by accident. This is easily fixed by locking and unlocking the buttons when you need to use it... very easy to do. No complaints so far!

We've been using this for 3 months now, best features are super cleaning, and quiet running. Least favorite, is the start button is hard to tell when it has been activated and ready to run. It's supposed to beep, but it's very quiet and almost impossible to hear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazingly quiet, great settings

I'm loving my new dishwasher. I used to turn mine off before I left the house so I wouldn't have to listen to it- not a problem at all with this model. Aside from the initial water rush at the beginning, this thing doesn't make a sound. It also has a lot of great wash settings, so I've never had an issue getting different types of dishes spotlessly clean.
The only minor issue is that you have to make absolutely sure the top rack is pushed all the way in before starting the machine. Otherwise the water doesn't move through it correctly during the wash cycle.
