requires kit to replace old one

I bought it on a recommendation that it cleans very well and while this is true it was more difficult to replace the old dishwasher. The well goes all the way to the floor so you have to run the water and the electrical through channels in the bottom. While it is nice that the power is in the front for easy access the water connection requires a elbow adapter. The DIY stores do have a kit for this. make sure you get one that has a long enough water hose. Could use more space between pegs in the lower rack.

Not worth the money! The top rack is so loose and wiggly it feels like it's broken. And don't plan on hanging the silverware basket on the side of the bottom rack, as it's 'designed' to do. The arms that hang the basket over the rack hit the seal around the dishwasher so, when you try to slide the rack in, it either comes off the track or tears at the seal. Really poor design and the quality of the racks is just as bad. This is the second Electrolux appliance I have been disappointed with. I will not be purchasing a third and fourth to complete my kitchen.

I am on my second replacement Electrolux dishwasher and the same problem is now existing; a horrible sound in the door when the door is opened. A very annoying sound. Cleans well but overall quality and design of the washer is poor. Not sure I would ever order on-line again as it is hard to tell what the quality is. I trusted and Electrolux would be no worries. Wrong. They are sending me another tech to assess the situation tomorrow. I need a differene

Great product

Dishwasher is great-very quiet. Only negative is that the control panel has a small crack in it-we contacted the dealer they came out a week later to replace-all 3 replacements the tech brought did not work-still waiting for the new one to come. Other than that the unit itself is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaves baked on food particles, even after service

This dishwasher has been the worst appliance purchase in my personal history. I purchased this brand new as a scratch and dent, and the basin leaked into the electronics so the entire thing needed to be warrantied and replace. It took almost 6 weeks to get the replacement, which is a really long time to go without a dishwasher! The replacement dishwasher has really been no better. It leaves hard baked on food particles on the outside of my glassware, I even called and had a warranty service call to address the issue. The repair man said the hose was not draining correctly which was leaving food particles in the line, which would in turn wash back into the dishwasher and baked onto my dishes. Even after he changed the positioning of the drain hose and still having the same problem. The touch pad controls already wearing out after less than a year, this is certainly an appliance experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Bought this Christmas week and it was installed the next day. It replaced a 24 year old dishwasher and it's incredible how they have improved. This model is so quiet that sometimes you can't even hear it. It has a very large capacity so I can put mote in and hand wash less. Everything comes out sparkling, particularly the glassware. I highly recommend it.

Terrible dishwasher

Had the dishwasher for 6 months the touch panel broke. The vendor came out to replace the touch panel and it worked for a whole 18 hrs. The dish washer still broken waiting for the vendor to come back Monday 2/15/2016. Save your money buy something else. This dishwasher is trash.
