Terrible Product

I have had this appliance for a little over a year, waited to give the review to see the quality. For the price of the unit you would think it would be a very good one, but it doesn't clean well and it doesn't dry well either. You can buy a unit half the price and get one that does the same things. And the finish is starting to fade or come off the handle and top where the buttons are. Don't waste your money on this unit.

washer is 2 years old. washes dishes for two people. it no longer works. will not fill with water. for the cost of machine this stinks.

John41, thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. I am terribly sorry to hear that your dishwasher is not working properly. I would recommend checking the water valve to ensure that it is completely open. Check the connection to water valve to see if there is any blockage or obstruction. You may also want to check for a pinched or restricted water supply line. If this does not correct your concerns, I would recommend having an authorized service provider out to properly assess the dishwasher.

Worst dishwasher ever

This dishwasher was already in the house I bought in 2017. It is the absolute worst dishwasher I have ever had. It will not "absorb" dishwasher soap "pods." I have to open and close the door at least five times before the dishwasher will start. If I open it before the drying cycle is completed, it makes a beeping sound that will NOT turn off when I attempt to "CANCEL" it on the controls on the top of the door. Yesterday it leaked all over my kitchen floor. Stay away from the product - it is terrible.

Detergent tablets and All-In-One packs may not dissolve completely if used with the Quick Wash cycles. If one of these products are used, place the tab or pack directly on the bottom of the tub in a corner before starting the dishwasher, rather than placing these products in the dispenser (page 14 in your Owner’s Manual). Child lock, Delay Start, or the door not being completely closed can cause unit not to start (page 7 in your Owner’s Manual). Do not buy this product

We have had this product in use for just over 3 years in a newly constructed home with 2 adult members. The only good feature of this dishwasher is that it is extremely quiet. It has been repaired once in year one d/t a bad float switch once in year two d/t bad float switch & something else, and now again needs
repaired as the washer will not stop filling. The touch control panel has never worked correctly and the racks are angled poorly to accommodate anything but the standard dish. Having had a set of Electrolux appliances prior, I had no hesitation in purchasing once again. This is no longer the case. My one star review is due to the numerous unacceptable repairs needed.

Do Not Buy

I have a brand new house with upgraded appliances, which included this model dishwasher. The unit is 2 years old and has FAILED. I had a I30 error in October. They repaired it with a kit because it is a known issue and it just happened again, so the kit doesn't fix the design flaw. DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is quieter than most but..........touch controls are too sensitive but hard to change. Do not like the slanted plate loading and stemware holders for only three wine glasses. Rinse agent container hard to fill and runs out quickly.
