Do not purchase if you have tankless water heater

This washers have design flaw and will not work properly if you have talkess/on demand water heater. They dispense soap even a water is cold and you select Sanitize wash. Your Dishes and glasses will have stains.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is so quiet you barely notice is running . It does great job cleaning the dishes even pans....But its very difficult to cancel the cycle!

Very quiet, but is not operating consistently

Though I have been pleased with the quietness of this dishwasher, it has had some problems mechanically during its first year. The touchpad controls had to be replaced in only a few months and still is erratic in its performance. The technician is now ordering a new motherboard since the unit will not allow him to access its diagnostics on the computer. I am hoping that this will fix the performance problems I have had. Fortunately, these repairs are under warranty. I am not yet sure that I would recommend this product to others.

Not happy, so far.

We bought this on Decmber 19 and have not been impressed. But, first, let me say that I habe scheduled a service call for next week. All of the controls don't seem to work, the dishes are not as clean as my previous 16 year old dishwasher, and the racks are flimsy. So far, I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dishwasher is so quiet..,

We bought our dishwasher to replace an old leaky unit and weren't sure what brand to go with. After looking at several brands, we selected Electrolux mostly for the range and microwave and filled out the appliance package with the matching dishwasher. We're so happy we did. It's so quiet, we can't hear it run. Capacity and configurability are great. It cleans all dishes with minimal pre-rinse, and we love the LED. Whether buying separately or with matching appliances, this dishwasher is a great piece and very attractive. I highly recommend.

Overall great dishwasher!

We purchased this dishwasher for our new home and are very pleased with it. It is extremely quiet when running. We are very pleased with the cleanliness of the dishes coming out. However, we did need to switch to a different detergent than we previously used to get the spotless results. We've also had to get used to loading it differently but it tends to hold more than our last dishwasher did. Love the extra flat rack on top. And love the interior light!! It is not the least expensive dishwasher on the market by any means... but it is top quality and in this case you do get what you pay for.
Only downside is water retention in the silverware caddy handle. It leaks when lifting out of the dishwasher and I worry that it will promote mold growth within the handle. Hoping Electrolux designs a fix for this.

Maybe our fingers are fat but we always touch the controls inadvertently. Fortunately, the unit doesn't operate until the door is fully closed and errant instructions time themselves out.

Best decision

We bought this dishwasher 3 weeks ago & we love it. It is very quiet & almost sounds like it's raining outside. There are more cycle choices than most other dishwashers. The Eco cycle works very well for us & is one of the shortest cycles. But the best feature is the light inside, absolutely genius! That should be a bigger selling point.
