Very quiet

Unit arrived with dented front but new front panel fixed that. Installation was easy with plenty of hose length to attach drain. Unit is extremely quiet and blue light signalling dishes clean is a neat idea. Lots of ways to load dishes so it took a little time to figure out all the tricks to get the most dishes loaded

An Enlightened Dishwasher

I've had my dishwasher about a month and love it. It's quiet, gets the dishes clean, has three levels for cleaning, has a beautiful light that lights up when you load and unload. It also has an automatic turn-off security feature if the dishwasher would leak for some reason. No problems so far.

Not my favorite dishwasher
on August 18, 2016

I've had this dishwasher for about a month. It's quiet and does a nice job but space is tight inside with tight plate spacers and I had to buy new cookie sheets as my old (normal size ones) don't fit anywhere inside. Also, it does not dry very well (but none of them do, right?)!

Some good, some bad

At first, this cleaned my dishes beautifully. Unfortunately, the inside of the unit has developed some staining. The instructions have some info on cleaning the inside of the dishwasher, but to no avail. There is a streak down the inside of the door from the soap tray and spotting on the bottom pan. Other than this, it mostly cleans dishes OK, though it sometimes does a lackluster job on the silverware, and often leaves clear glass and pyrex somewhat cloudy.

The appliance works well, but the door was received DENTED, and lthe cup holders were not in the dish washer. For the price this should not BE.

Dishwasher Disappointment
on August 25, 2016

We purchased this dishwasher almost 2 years ago. For the first year, it worked great. The second year, however, has been a nightmare. The dishwasher just didn't clean as well as it used to. And then we started getting error codes. The machine wouldn't drain the water, detected a leak, and now it says there's a problem with the electronic control system. We're getting to be on a first name basis with the repair guy. After replacing a faulty sensor, we successfully ran 1 load and immediately were rewarded with another error code. I hope you have better luck than we did. This dishwasher is such a disappointment.

Silverware Basket Handle Holds Water

I bought this dishwasher 2 months ago. In addition to not cleaning or drying, the silverware basket handle hold water and when removed to put silverware away it drips all over the floor.

Hello Snad, we are sorry to hear that your dishwasher is not performing properly. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher.

You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. Water can accumulate when the items are too close together. Cups, glasses, and bowls with a concave (recessed) bottom will collect water. Plastic items may need to be towel dried. This is because plastic does not retain heat, resulting in poor water evaporation from the item. This is common in all dishwashers. When the upper rack is pulled out first residual water left in the spray arm can drip down on the dishes. Pull out the lower rack first. Hope this helps! Jennifer
