Fabulous dishwasher!

This dishwasher is so quiet that I listen to be sure I turned it on! It cleans beautifully, and I love the very top rack that is a perfect space for utensils. It is efficient, beautiful, and a quality product.

I bought this dishwasher a month ago and the quality of the cleaning is the best I have experienced yet. In my mind this is the most important feature but the unit is also extremely quiet. I can't tell when the thing is running. I would like the keys to "chime" a bit louder when I make a selection but that really isn't a big deal at the end of the day. i do like the visual indicator when the unit has finished its cycle

Dishes are DIRTIER AFTER WASHING than before

As my husband says: This is the SOCIALIST of dishwashers. It redistributes the food from other dishes into every other dish in the dishwasher. Our dishes are dirtier after we run the washer. Seriously, make no mistake. A 193 minute cycle set at "heavy wash, highest water temperature and max dry" will do one thing and only one thing well: bake redistributed food onto the inside and outside of dishes that previously had no food on them! (I tried to add a photo, but it wasn't accepted.) It will not: 1) clean the other dishes or 2) dry the other dishes (how can a cup be wet on the outside and have baked on food on the inside?) Silverware doesn't dry. Plates don't dry. Bowls, cups, spatulas - not making this stuff up, people! The only dry thing is the food that didn't get washed off and got baked on to some other dish.
I will say this: it is extremely quiet. My husband and I can totally hear ourselves questioning why we ever got this washer anytime it's running. Can we get our 16 year old plastic tub piece of junk washer back? Please?!

Excellent Dishwasher

The builder for the new home I just moved into offers Electrolux appliances standard with their houses. This is my first experience with Electrolux. My previous house had GE appliances. I must say I am impressed with the various settings on the dishwasher, digital display letting you know exactly how long the cycle will last and especially with how quiet it is. I was used to a dishwasher being relatively noisy but this one is extremely quiet. I barely realize it is on and plus the dishes get cleaned really well. .
I would recommend this to a friend!

Need to get used to it

Overall I am happy with the dishwasher now. The controls took a little getting used to because everything is so quiet, from the beeps when you make a selection to when it is running. I have found that in order to get the dishes to dry to my satisfaction, after the machine is done I open the door slightly to let the moisture evaporate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Dishwasher

We purchased this dishwasher over a month ago. We have had no issues with it other than initial installation. The mounting instructions where not clear and ended up damaging the brittle plastic control panel. It still functions great and we have no regrets but instructions could be clearer. No parts available to repair the control panel.
I would recommend this to a friend!
