I bought one with Diamond roller did not do what it was supposed to heel of feet still rough after several uses . Think about returning it.

I bought this product about 4 months ago and it worked just fine. I was very disappointed when I had to purchase another roller and couldn't find the exact same size as the original one. The original roller has a different item # on the roller than what you buy in the store and was about half the size. I would like to know if you will start selling item #A342CC (or 4342CC)? I also want to know why the rollers in the store are much smaller?

Because I wear flip flops so much, my heels are horrible. Dry, thick and cracked heels. My son bought me this and I LOVE it!! I can not believe how well it worked on the first try. So easy too. Since it does all the work for you, it's easy to continue. Thanks

I can't believe that people say - great product and love it but then give it 2 or 3 stars. Usually it seems they have bought cheap replacements from other companies because it says - compatible with and they want to save a few dollars. Also the folks give it a bad rating because they don't buy even the correct Amope roller - there are two versions, a regular and a coarse version. If you purchased the coarse unit to begin with and then purchase a regular replacement roller well it stands to reason you are going to think the replacements don't work as well. Then there are those who blame the company because they don't know how to turn it on or off and don't understand the standard electronic symbols. Well in that case Amope may want to use On and Off. The website has all the info needed and I wish folks would read a little before they trash a good product. These ratings are very important. So on one hand you have the folks who love the product but give it 2 stars and then you have the folks who don't like it usually for some nutty reason of their own "bought the wrong replacement" and blame the company. It appears Amope answers these questions and yet I don't see where people go back and repost a higher rating or to let other readers know their problem has been solved positively. In some cases, they probably feel a little dumb but that is no reason to trash a good product. So if you like the product give it 5 stars; if you hate it give it 1 star. If there is a small legimate concern, give it somewhere in between. The company doesn't have control over who stocks their products and subsequent replacement products. Sometimes a retailer will order a product by brand but the replacement rollers, blades, b or other larts of a universal type that fits many different brands or they buy the cheapest for them in terms of markup. Don't blame a company for retailer choices. And please read all how tos and website info before you trash a company. So great job Amope - my only complaint is the price which hopefully you will be able to decrease in the future as sales continue to increase. But then when I look at the cost of monthly pedicures - it isn't so bad.

I finally broke down and purchased this product thinking that maybe it would be the answer to my chronically dry and cracked feet. It doesn't seem to have enough power to do the job. I hold it very gently in my hand and let the machine do the work. But if you put the least amount of pressure on it it will stop working. I haven't seen a lot of improvement in the 4 or 5 days that I have used it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had problems with calluses on my feet as I have been a runner for many years. This tool did the trick though! It softened my rough areas by getting rid of unwanted dead skin!
