I bought this product today after seeing the commercial a dozen times on TV and it was the best device I have ever used to remove dry skin and Calais's. The backs of my heels were dry and cracked and this device did a perfect job for me. It may be odd seeing a review from a guy but it really does work.

I got this as a present for my birthday. I love it! I am in need of replacement rollers though. I went to the store and checked them before I purchased any replacement and I have to agree with a lot of replies here. The replacements are nowhere near as abrasive as the original ones. I see there is now an course roller and would love to find the replacement one for the extra course in the store, if not I guess I wont be able to continue this product.

I received this as a gift from my daughter and it works wonderfully. Although I had to guess if I was using it correctly (the print on the package is small and light so reading it is a challenge) the hard skin began falling to the floor immediately just like the commercial. My only concern is not being able to find the replacement rollers for this product which would consist of buying a new one each time you need to replace the roller(costly!!). Also, If you could tell me how to clean this product correctly it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, to clean the unit simply turn the unit off then remove the roller from the unit by pressing the eject button on the side of the unit and gently pulling the roller away from the unit. Next, rinse the roller head under the tap and clean the body of the unit with a clean damp cloth. Finally, dry both the roller head and main unit with a clean dry cloth and replace the roller and the protective cover. Hope this helps!
