So there was a short period of no printing after the black ink cartridge gave the depleted message. With next-day delivery, however, I was back up and running, with no problems since then -- with the ink and printer, that is!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had any problem with the inks itself. The only reason for not giving the 5 star is because of HP. The are good in selling you the inks but when the equipment breaks down, there are no help with the ink new/closed packet ink left over.
