This product was simple to install and very easy to use. Set up was a snap, 8 mins from box to my first print. Nice unit for not alot of $$. The higher priced units were just that higher priced, all the same features just not as big, this is compact but does the job well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't believe how compact and really functional this printer, copier and scanner is. So sorry that I didn't know about this SP-400 before. I am technologically challenged but the set up was easy. I just followed the CD instructions and WOW, it worked.
Would definitely recommend this model to any one needing a compact 3 in 1 machine.

Just an opinion from a newcomer that just installed, I LOVED the very simple and easy instructions. I'm a failure when it comes to technology so when I installed the printer in less than 30 minutes, I was very happy. It is working perfectly and it's just amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

In general, printer is so good for using at home. Only be aware it does not include a USB cable, so you need to have a WiFi network in order to install it.

I haven't used it yet, but the ease of setting up this Epson XP-400 printer with my wifi was amazing. So far I am very pleased with this product.

The XP-400 was very easy to install and connect to my wireless network. I downloaded the drivers and utilities online and had no issues with the installation.
The print of copy and photos is very good and the multiple ink tanks helps with replacement costs. Access the printer from my iOS devices has worked as advertised with no issues. I have tried printing, copying and scanning with these devices with no issues.
To date an excellent printer for the costs.
I would recommend this to a friend!
