"WOW" What a deal !!! The EPSON XP-400

I was simply looking for a low-priced dependable printer. Our family has gone through several but not an EPSON. I bought it without doing any research, on a whim actually. I brought it home, asked my husband to set it up. I sat back and watched him go through the process without a glitch. Now after a couple of sessions with documents and pictures and such I am delighted. The quality of the copies is incredible, such detail, and the fact that I can print from a memory card with ease is another unexpected plus. Thank you EPSON for making a product that is usable-inexpensive-and reliable.

This is my 3rd XP-400 printer after two replacements! First time I have a problem with Epson printer! Do not buy!

Disappointed: Jammed when replacing ink cartridge

Frustrated that printer permanently jammed when I replaced the first ink cartridge. Tried to troubleshoot via Epson website (link pointed to blank screen). Called customer svc, who quickly offered to replace it if I mailed it back. I had hip surgery and am not able to carry it to PO...frustrating hassle as I am stuck with a lemon. My last printer lasted nearly 4 years, so in comparison Epson has been a very disappointing purchase.

I just downloaded and installed the drivers I needed to get connected. It was fairly easy and though I have not tested the scan function, everything else seems to be working.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Small, Powerful, excellent quality

This Printer has a nice small form factor that fits easily into any home office, kitchen, bedroom or just about anywhere and with the wifi feature it can be used with just about any wifi device in the home. Cell Phones, Tablets, computers and memory sticks. The print copy is phenominal if you want to print photo quality print jobs. the draw backs are that the Ink seems to go fast although you can buy individual colors which helps a little. the other issue is the cost of the ink can be very pricey for what you get.

The XP 400 is amazing. As soon as the setup completed, I became taller and could speak three languages. It has been jam free through using some stuff that I am ashamed to even mention in print. I can't actually tell you where this sweet tattoo came from but if the beautiful woman holding the Epson XP 400 above her head, standing on the edge of the volcano real, text me.
I could go on praising this marvel of modern print technology for some time but I gotta get back to work. I'm on the 37th day of printing out the full pi.

Wireless service is not easy to use. Changed to USB only, hoping this printer will be more dependable.

i bought it in 2012 it only works for a few months after that it refuses to print. I'm about to get a new printer cuz that one is useless. it was too cheap
