This was the easiest printer that I have hooked up to my computer in the past 15 years. The directions were clear and precise.

Now it Works, Now it Doesn't

It prints then and it stops. It copies then it doesn't. At first I could scan now I can't. Lack of written documentation really hurts. It is driving me batty. It really took a long time to figure out how to change an ink cartridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was the the only printer that worked with my 2011 Macbook Pro!! I finally got one that did not lose WI-FI signal 6 months later

Great Product

I just purchased the Epson Small in One XP-400, it is very compact and very easy to use. I have also just purchased a MacBook Air with no CD drive but was able to easily install the Drivers necessary to use my printer. Set-up took me all but 15 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i bought my new Epson 400 printer about a month ago and I really love it.it print really awesome prictures out and it is just a all out very great printer if you need a new printer.

This printer was super easy to set up and prints beautiful clear pages. This is definitely the paralegals best friend! You have the laser printer and scanner quality for work and when not working, you can print out pictures of your family and friends from Facebook that is crystal clear.
