At first it was a great product. Then it just started not printing properly all the ink levels are good and everything. It also has a habit of sucking through to much paper and causing itself jams, as well as printing things crookedly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great little printer.

This printer is a champ. It fits into a small space with its multifunctions. There has been some comments that it is slow. I am in no hurry. This would be an issue in a high speed environment. For home use, no problems. I made the mistake of by remanufactured ink cartridges. Despite the warning that popped up, I went ahead and used them. Things finally worked out so I could print letters. Images were useless. Luckily when I went back to genuine Epson cartridges,the problems righted themselves. Another good part of owning this printer, is the software support. And Epson clip is wonderful

Well it is a little that fits just about any area.The color is nice for things around home.still seeing if wireless gets confused by multiple computers in area.Regards Rich

Touch screen fell off after 2nd use!

I purchased this printer brand new. After the second use the stickiness of the touch screen wore off and fell off. I've now had to tape it up there to get the menu buttons to work. Not only does it look terrible, but it is very hard to get the buttons to work now. Otherwise a great printer. I'm very unhappy with this product.

Needed a new printer

I needed a new printer so I went online to review the printers under $100. I saw all the good reviews this printer had and decided on Epson. I have had an Epson printer before and loved it. I haven't used it yet but the setup was so easy, even the wifi was easy. So far I would definitely recommend it.

Best Customer Service EVER!!

I love my printer... that being said I had a malfunction and contacted CS. After the CSR walked me through the troubleshooting and discovered that it was a hardware failure. He told me it was under warranty and he would send me a replacement. That was yesterday afternoon. My new printer arrived TODAY! Superb! Already have it set up and running. Took about 5 minutes> The only drawback is you can't scan pages from the paper feeder but have to lay each page on the scanner bed. When I have 10 pages to scan at a time this can be bothersome.

Disappointing Printer

I've owned this printer for about a year. I purchased it because it could be used with my iPad. It worked well for about 6 months then everything it printed was blurred. I went through cleaning the print head, etc. multiple times for months. I searched Epson's support for the XP-400 and followed everything they suggested. Nothing improved the printing. I am now giving up and throwing it in the trash!!!!

THIS IS MY SECOND EPSON PRINTER IN 14 YEARS OF COMPUTING. I HAVE HAD EXTREMELY GOOD LUCK WITH MY FIRST ONE AND HOPE THAT MY XP 400 WILL EQUAL MY FIRST. SUPPORT FROM EPSON WAS GREAT, TO GET ME BY MY PROBLEMS. THANK YOU EPSON.
