Worst printer of all time!

I think in all, in the short year I have owned this printer I have spent at least 3x as much time yelling at, fixing, getting to work, downloading drivers as I have actually printing. It all ended today when I finally lost it and threw it against the floor.
CONS: Won't let you print with low ink, won't let you print until you replace ink (even if it's a colored ink and you only want to print black and white), doesn't accept any luxury paper, half the time it claims there is no paper loaded, burns through ink, often pulls 5-6 sheets of paper through at once at slightly different times so one page is printed across two, has computer interface/driver issues, won't print correctly from tablet or phone
PROS: ink is probably the cheapest out there, prints beautiful photos when it works
The sad thing about it, is that when it actually works, it works very very well, the photos I get off of it are equal if not better than store prints--HOWEVER, it takes me on average about 45 minutes to get a photo to actually print, and print correctly.

Nothing but problems

Even if you are printing in gray scale, Printer won't print if any of the cartridges are low of ink. Ink levels are good one day and totally empty the next. It s a low price printer and an expensive printer to maintain. Never again, Epson

good printer, bad on ink use

I thought this printer was great when I first hooked it up. The print is very good quality, it's easy to follow the on screen display to print, make copies, and print photos. The display tells me ink is low or expended, when my pages print out like it's brand new ink. To buy ink for this inexpensive printer has cost me almost as much as the printer in 4 months. I estimate printing 4 pages of coupons per week and occasionally make black & white copies. I don't like that I'm told to replace ink when my pages aren't even close to faded or missing spots of ink. I would not recommend this printer to anyone. If it wasn't over 30 days from purchase or I thought I could get my money back by selling it, I would.

I have this printer for almost a year now. The total number of pages printed is about 30. Number of times black replaced -3. The number times all color replaced - 2. Number of hours spent realigning head - 3.
Buy if your favorite passtime is replacing cartridges or head realignment.

Will not 2-sided auto print with a MAC! You have to manually flip pages:(

Expensive Ink Thief

I love the wireless and scan properties. When it prints, the printing is fine. A little slow.
My issue is the INK. Never have I used a printer that eats so much ink for the paper used. Plus, the level indicator is messed up or something. Right now all inks show fine except that two are getting low. It won't print anything. Today I did a nozzle check and it barely showed blue. Nothing else. I did a head cleaning twice to no avail. I actually pulled out my old HP and used it today
Also, it seems that whenever the printer is moved I have to spend time adjusting the print, checking the nozzles again, and head cleaning. By the time everything is working properly again, I'm frustrated at the expensive ink I've used and the time I've wasted.

I have had my new printer for around a month and thus far am very pleased with all aspects. I have used it to print from cloud as well as from desktop- does as expected. I like that it will turn off automatically if not used for a period of time. My only complaint- if you want to print on both sides of the paper, you have to turn over the paper rather than than it being done automatically.
