The printer suddenly stopped working. Can not scan, print or connect to WiFi. Tried everything per the Epson site to include downloading, uninstalling and re-installing. Nothing. This printer is going in the garbage. I will never buy another Epson product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The printer was easy to setup and operate. Low cost was a major factor for the purchase. You can put it anywhere because it is wireless.

A perfect all-in-one printer for home needs. Unless something changes my opinion later, I'll NOT go back to my old brand.

I was surprised at how small this printer was and so different from the one that I had which was also an Epson. The connecting was easy and straight forward and I am not a techy! I followed the instructions on both computers and its working very well. I printed a picture and it turned out great, the copies I have made of documents were good. So So far so good! Hope that this continues to work this well. It was money well spent.. I needed one that had the card reader on it and this does! I miss the paper tray, and I had to realign the paper thing but that was not hard..
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this printer because my old printer was giving me problems.My old printer was just a cheap printer,it did not copy or scan but it served my printing needs,however I was looking to upgrade to an all in one printer.After shopping online I discovered this Epson-XP 400,the price was around what I wanted to spend but most of all I liked all of the features,especially the Epson Connect.I purchased it,the software instructions were very easy to follow,I have to say I'm very satisfied with this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as easy to install as instructions appear; had to have my computer mfg. do the installation.
once installed......works GREAT. Installation instructions are quite limited for the layman,,,need to be expanded .
