Excellent printer. This printer was very easy to setup. The print quality is very good and it is easy to use. Have had it for 6 months with no problems.

THIS IS MY 2ND EPSON, & I DIDN'T EVEN GIVE IT A SECOND THOUGHT I KNEW WHAT I WANTED.EPSON PRINTS THE BEST COLOR FLYERS THEN ALL OTHERS, MY JOB PICTURES ARE SO CLEAR YOU WOULD THINK ITS LIVE..AGAIN DON'T MEAN TO REPEAT MYSELF BUT EPSONS ARE THE BEST PRINTERS ON THE MARKET THANKS EPSON PAINTMAN

I like the printer - it set up fast and works OK- Its quiet - I think Epson should still add more ink into the initial cartridges because that is lame - and then the cartridges cost as much as the printer?? Thats stupid and turn of people from brand name ink

Replacement of defective printer

Several months after I purchased my Epson XP-400 it defaulted to a "paper Jam" message. There was no paper in the unit, no bits and pieces, dirt, etc. I called the Epson hot line, and after a conversation with a representative, it was determined that there was a hardware problem. They asked for my address and when and where I purchased the printer. Then, the representative said that they would send out a new in a box printer right away. I didn't have to return the defective one, didn't have to do anything except wait for the new one (three days) and that was it. Excellent customer service, the best I've experienced with any computer related product. I will definitely recommend Epson to my friends and co-workers.

Worked first time after loading drivers and making it default. Doesn't have copy feed but for the price, great value. Small footprint for home size desk.

Easy Set-up, Easy Use

XP-400 cost less than the price of the non-available part for the last brand I had...Just follow instructions on CD...Wi-Fi works great, too...fast printed pages...I've had no problems!
