Great for one year, after that stopped working

I loved this all-in-one printer while it worked! After one year of use, it will turn on and connect wirelessly but it says there is a "paper jam" with any function I attempt. Of course conveniently my one year extended warranty expired 1 month ago, so now I have to buy a new printer/scanner. Even with functions that do not require paper, (scanning), it will not function. Disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the very first printer that I believe I can have a long-standing relationship with -- after years of using every printer on the market hoping to find one that would last more than 6 months before some part went out that cost nearly as much as the printer itself. The Epson is a great compact size plus when not in use, the paper guides can be shoved in to close up the machine. This is a big plus in a home with curious cats. The ink cartridges are easy to replace and I know I'm saving money because for the first time ever, I'm replacing ONLY the color that is run out. When I get a low ink warning, the printer will let me continue to print until the ink is completely exhausted. Another big savings over other brands of printers. Set-up was easy. Print quality is very good.

Pros: Size.. fits on top of my desk. Good color. Priced right. Quiet operation. Easy operation.
Cons: Slow. Uses ink rapidly

Problem with printer

I had a problem with my printer right out of the box. Sound bad already right, wrong. The customer service was outstanding. Even when it turned out that it was a catastrophic electronic problem they stood behind the product and rushed another printer right out. The help on the hot line was outstanding, unbelievable right! The replacement works great. Thanks for a bad experience turned happy.

The best little printer

I bought this printer as a second printer to use in the 5th wheel when we travel. My criteria was that it be an all-in-one, provide wireless printing use fewer cartridges and be smaller than the house printer (Epson Artisan 720). This printer fit the criteria does the job and provides excellent quality prints. This is my 8th Epson Printer since 1995 and I have never been disappointed. They have been trouble free and reliable. I have tried a couple of other brands and not been happy from the start and not kept them past the first day.

Email address issue

When I bought this printer I registered it using my email address & you sent me a thank you for registering but any time I try to update my software it asks for my email address which I supply (exact same as when I originally registered) & it says email address not found.
