Never had Epson before and very surprise.Good printer,very quiet .Not big ,just right for home.Pretty fast.I like that ink is not expensive .Good colors .Don't have any complains.

I have had many Epson all-in-ones and they all worked great except this one. Terrible pictures and blurry printing. I returned it and found an Epson Artisan 730 all-in-one that works great. Epson makes terrific printers but, this one was a headache.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm not computer literate, but the Epson was very simple to install. It took me longer to unbox the copier that it took to hook it up. Way to go, Epson.

When our large old copier died, I had to come up with a quick solution. I ran to the nearest office supply store and was confused by all of the selections. This was the first unit that was pointed out to me and the fact that it did all that my old copier did plus more, I grabbed it up. I was thinking that I could always return it if it didn't work out. It was very easy to set up and run. Now I might go back and get another one for home...very pleased!!
