Great little printer

The Epson XP-400 is an excellent printer. It was easy to set up and connect to my router. I can put it anywhere I want as long as I have an electrical outlet. No glitches. Just a fine printer right out of the box. It would be hard to beat the Epson XP-400 for the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this printer because I have always been a fan of Epson quality. This is definitely not true with this printer. If I load more than one piece of paper in the back, it will not load the paper and says there is an error. It also pulls the paper in crooked EVERY time. I love the ability to use it over my network, but that is useless if I have to get up to fix some issue every time I go to print something. I am so irritated with this product that I have not even attempted to use the scanner. The only benefit I got from this printer was being able to print out crooked return labels to send it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's a pretty good printer easy set-up for the wifi. Still trying to figure out how to set everything to black and white

Installation

I am a technology dinosaur and the thought of installing this printer, actually any printer, was intimidating. It was so easy. Directions, both written and then on the installation software, were so easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Third time the charm

The first XP-400 had a smashed glass on the copier with no sign of damage to the cover!!! Not discovered until I unpacked and tried to set up. Why it left the factory is a mystery since no damage to the box either.
Second XP-400 had a broken paper holder mechanism that prevented it from slanting back in order for the paper to feed properly. Again, I had it mostly set up and again no sign of box damage.
Third one was at a different store and employee graciously opened the box and let me check all the parts.
This 3rd one seems to work just fine. Time will tell me if it continues. The printing is clear, the pages are printed last to first (collated properly) which is a great pleasure.

Epson Home XP-400 Small-in-One...Printer

I think the product itself is fine, but I'm having some trouble with it. I cannot get it to scan a document into my computer. Also, I can't get it to work wirelessly with my new Mac computer. Everything else seems to be fine, but it is frustrating to not be able to use it as I would like.
