Printer was extremely difficult to get out of the box - the hardest part! This was also the fastest and easiest setup to to install and use even for a novice senior citizen.

air printer

new ipad required an air printer, this one is working out just fine. plugged it in, did the set up and works like a champ. Also does very nice crisp copies when needed.

I was looking for a wireless printer and found an Epson 400 and a sales representative asked if I needed help. I asked several questions which he answered and also informed me that the ink cartridges were only starter cartridges and when I went to buy the best were the XL cartridges. He was very helpful.

Nice Little Printer

I am a home educator with two high school girls still at home. I use my printer for making tests, word searches, crossword puzzles, etc.
A printer is an invaluable source for homeschooling, and my Epson 400 fits the bill perfectly. It was economical and is not too big and bulky.
I would recommend it for home and small business use.

First wireless printer and I love it. Very easy to set up and everything we've printed has been perfect. This printer is for home use, so it won't be used heavily, and we haven't tried the photo piece at this time. Great value for a nice home setup.

Great Little Printer

Lightweight at only 9 lbs. Bought for home to replace old, heavy printer, but think I'll ship overseas with my things to new home. Best thing yet - quick, problem free, ethernet-free intallation. Couldn't believe how simple and uer friendly. No fax? Who needs it these days?! Now I can get rid of the house phone! YAY!
