Short lifespan

I've only replaced the inks in this printer twice. the second time i replaced it, it would not print. i cleaned the nozzles, and did the normal maintenance on it and still doesn't work. The second box of inks that i got is gone and i didn't get anything printed with it. I am very disappointed with this printer. But I guess you get what you pay for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wi-fi on the printer works 25% of the time and creates a lot of frustration !!!!

This pile of junk is horrible so I'm not going to waste much time with a review. The only good thing about it is the size because it was small enough to fit in my garbage can.

We returned our XP-400 for credit after a short trial period. Paper loaded skewed, image even more skewed, innacurate color replication, smudging, incorrect messages from the printer that it was out of black ink and that it had a paper jam; neither was true. In the set up phase, the XP-400 would not print a test sheet.
A literally very light-weight machine that doesn't come close to the performance of better Epsons such as artisan models.

A 5-Star Printer for Everyone Else...Except Me

Just purchased this printer. The foot print is fabulously small for such a feature-rich printer. Installation was a breeze as was the wireless. Printing is fast and exceptional, and separate ink pots for each of the colors! Great! Now...the bad news... I purchased this printer specifically because I need to print heavy card stock postcards (We have them pre-printed on the front, then print the backs for special events...) Well, the printer can't handle the weight. Not that the specs for this printer said it could - I was just hopeful - so if you're looking for a great general purpose printer at a great price, buy it. If you're looking to print on heavy stock, keep on looking... I'll be there with you...

Great little printer

I got this printer in a hurry because I needed something that printed, copied and scanned. I had installed and set up within an hour. No problems. It just takes a while to begin printing once you use the print command from your computer. Not bad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

initial setup went smooth. However, cannot get to print from iPad or iPhone. Trying to research why not. This should not be a problem.

Eat eats tooo much ink. Its starting to feel that the printer isn't worth the amount in ink.
