Affordable high quality printer

The printer was easy to set up and is turning out high quality copies. It's a great printer for the money. I especially like the fact that the cartridges are separate so that all don't have to be changed just because one color is used up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice printer, easy, intuitive controls. Cannot get the wifi to set up for love nor money. Did everything exactly as instructed and it didn't work. Twice. Also, every time it fails you have to start the whole process from the beginning -- can't go back and just set up with a cable. Very frustrating.

Great Wireless Printer

I bought the XP-400 because I wanted something wireless that could also handle all of the ever increasing family electronic devices (iPads, smartpones, etc). It literally took me all of 5 minutes to have it up and running and printing from all my devices. You can't beat the features for the price point.

GREAT LINUX PRINTER

Although Epson does not support them, they do provide linux drivers for this printer, and they seem to work great! Combine that with the Google Cloud Print support, and scan to cloud features and you have a really great printer for Linux (Ubuntu 12.04)
I love it!!!!!

Very easy to set up, took maybe 10 minutes WITHOUT the USB cable. The picture quality was beautiful and it is connected to everything in the house. The copier works great as well. I'm very impressed with the quality for the price.
