Got a new HP printer with purchase of iMac in January, 2012. HP didn't work well because of software utility glitches.
Researched all home-office printers and chose Epson XP-400. Setup was a snap. I couldn't be more pleased. I recommend this product to anyone.

I just installed my new wireless printer by myself with no tech support at all. I am so pleased with how easy this was and the quality of the printing and ease of use. I now have printing capabilities on my home computer and my lap top and the wireless is so convenient. The instructions were easy to follow and this is the first time I ever did anything with my computer with such ease.

Very happy with my purchase! I went to best buy today because I have been looking for a wireless printer for my Ipad/Iphone for months. I first got a kodak 7.1 and didnt even have it set up and noticed that the printer cartridge didnt even move! (useless) I called kodak and the customer support was terrible they said "Im sorry that is a defect you have to send it back" highly dissapointed I sent it back the very next day. Today a guy at best buy really wanted to sell me a hp 5520 all in one. I have had really bad experiences with hp in the past (with paper jams and high ink cost). I ended up buying this epson xp-400 and I am soooo happy I did.I had absolutly no problems with set up, everything is perfect so far and it works amazing from my ipad and pc. Is a small perfect little printer for the home with great price. I love it! buy it & you will not regret it. Dont let the geek squad try and sell you an hp buy an epson!

Yes, this printer was easy to install and easy to use. I installed it yesterday and everything went just as planned. Buy and install this one yourself. I have a Mac and am using the printer with my laptop located in another room from the printer. Works great!

I purchased this as my primary home wireless printer. Works great as a printer ,but I find it very slow when copying or scanning.

It's good quality and the wifi setup was surprisingly simple and straightforward. The pages sometimes print off to the side or uneven because the paper isn't aligned, but I suppose that after some use I'll get used to putting it in straight. I really like it, color printing looks nice.

In our household we have both Google Chromebook and an IPad. This printer was easy to install and worked perfectly with both products. I installed the printer with only the WI Fi connection and did not have any problems. I am looking forward to using this printer for a long time.

Nifty Printer

Nifty little printer! Lightweight, small footprint, easy setup, multipurpose, inexpensive...what's not to like? And being able to print from my iPad--the cherry on top! Not for high-quality photo/document or heavy-duty printing--just everyday average output. Worth it for "AirPrint" capability alone.
