Scanner problem.

I have to return this printer because when I do a scan, there is vertical band that is blank in the image.
I am hoping that this is a problem on just the machine I bought and not a general issue with the XP-400. I like the printer except for this.

I have only just installed this printer onto two computers that I have and I am very excited that the WIFI is allowing me to use the laptop in one room and the desktop in another.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't like that it throws the paper up before pulling it down to print... it does NOT always print straight - I hate that. The other bad thing is it takes way too long to scan an item. Other than that it seems ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the printer: small/compact size for an all-in-one, nice display & touchscreen, looks like a high quality printer, BUT...
I got this printer primarily to use its wireless printing in conjunction with my laptop, as I am currently a college student. Even when both devices are connected to the same WiFi, my laptop says it cannot find the printer.

Haven't tried all the features yet but my main complaint is why couldn't they include a USB
