My XP-400 added a touch of professionalism to my printed documents...No home office should be without one!!!It's a great network device when you add a flash card to it...

Simplicity

I just got my printer home and popped in the disc and it was just that easy for set-up. I am a computer novice and I had no problems at all downloading and setting it up. The printer is sleek and fits in a small area on my desk and looks fabulous. It was well worth the affordable price for a gem like this.

When I first got this printer I used it more heavily and thought it was great. However, the ink needs to be replaced fairly frequently and if you don't use the printer for a while, the ink jet heads clog up. I finally ended up getting another printer with a different kind of ink because I could no longer get my Epson to work; even though I heavily cleaned the ink jet heads and put new ink cartridges in. So unless you are planning to use the machine very frequently and use it only as your main printer, I would not recommend it. Otherwise, it is a decent little printer for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very easy to hook up and operate. My problem was getting windows 7 to work properly and remove old printer out of system. Come time to print something would revert to old printer location even though printer was taken out of system. Took total shut down to remove old printer, which was not one of the procedures to do, but it worked.
