Easy to install, easy to maintain, easy to use...produces quality prints, copies and scans...all this with ease on the pocketbook...can't ask for much more!

this is a good printer. I love that i can print from any of my devices. but wow does the actual printing take forever. one page takes minutes. i don't really understand...i also have some issues with the quality of ink. the black smears the papers sometimes.

set up easy

I am not technology proficient so I was apprehensive when starting the download. So far everything has gone well except for scan to e-mail. there doesn't seem to be instructions for connecting to a specific windows mail. I might just not understand the directions. I haven't tried to connect to wireless yet. that is next. My main like is its small enough to fit in my RV for traveling

So far so good! Had it from the box to fully operational in less than 20 min. I cannot speak for ink value as I haven't used it enough to empty a cartridge yet although replacement ink seems affordable. All in all a great value for the money!
