It is wonderful....it prints really nice and the great thing about it is that it is small, convenient, it is an all in one, printer, scanner, copier and photo printer...easy to install...Just a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this is very hard even after registering my product ; I think they should give you an email address sent to your email on file for easier access

I just bought the Epson Home XP 400. It was easy to install and worked great. I am very impresses and pleased. We had an older Epson that continues to work well and I am sure this one will as well.

Excellent for the Money

I set my XP400 up in minutes and it automatically connected to my WIFI internet connection. It is very easy to use. Currently I am adding it to a new laptop I recent purchased and have already added it to my New iPad Air. Very Happy

Epson XP-400

I really enjoy my new printer. It doesn't require all of those wires to connect it to my computer, due to it being Wi-Fi capable. Plus, it was easy to set up with simple to follow instructions. I also love the fact that it can scan and copy! I can't say enough about this printer. I love the touch screen and LCD viewing and the fact that I can also insert an SD card to view and print things that I have saved on it. Great job with this product.

Very good printer for the price

This has been my first Epson product and I'm glad I tried it out. I stayed with another major brand for years but I have found this Epson to be more reliable.
The scanner function is somewhat slow but the print and copy functions are fast.

Easy Set up

I purchased the Epson XP-400 on sale a couple of months ago. Due to an unforeseen illness was not able to set it up and install it until now. The set up was very easy. Haven't had a chance to test everything (wireless printing, scanning, copying) but the set up was easy, glad I had an extra USB printer cable around because I didn't realize it wasn't included.
The test page printed out great.... on to print more things.
Great job Epson

LOVE IT!

We now own two Epson All-in-One printers. The Workforce 845 and the XP-400. I have had the 845 for about one year and it is, in my opinion, the best printer I have owned.
We just purchased the XP-400 about a month ago. We bought it because it is small enough for my husband to take when he works out of town. He usually sets up a small office area in the hotel/extended stay and this printer fits the bill. It is a little bigger than we wanted but it is wireless, the price was right and the quality is there. It has almost all of the features of our larger 845 but is more compact. I can print using both my PC and my iPad.
Set up on both printers was a breeze. They are quiet and fast. The print quality is great. We will be sticking with Epson from now on.
