The perfect office machine

I Have found over the +20 years of using Epson products, This XP-400 Scanner/Printer is better than can be. Let alone the flawless software that came with the package...
(Just remember to use the old printers USB cable, it saves time).

Easy to set up to computer and network. Good value. My sister has same model for almost a year now with no problems and ink usage cost is average for these type of printers.

Exceeded my expectations!

Although it took me a week to find the courage to take the printer out of the box, I was delighted once I did! The instructions were concise, clear and wonderfully un-techie. Within 15 minutes, I was happily printing, copying and scanning.
Thank you for your very clear and helpful instructions and for a sturdy machine that seems to do what I want it to do at the touch of a button!

I did the research on several printers and this printer was recommended to me by a store employee for my personal business needs. The price was right and the size is perfect and it's a well known brand. The setup is easy and the install disc tells you exactly what to do. When the test page printed I was amazed at the quality. You could have taken it out of a manual and not tell the difference (except for the 3 holes of course!). It printed quietly and quickly. I will add another review when I test my resume and photo quality. So far, so good and I am pleased.

The Epson 400 has performed above what was expected. Quite a few hoops for wifi print but working on that.
I would still recommend as family printer.
