Easy to install. It took about an hour. You will need a USB cord - it is not included.

This printer is ideal for simple home printing. The setup was VERY easy. I like the Epson Connect, you can print from any device. I printed a pic from my Android phone and a school schedule from my iPad. Then I scanned a copy of the school schedule. It does everything I need it to do and does it pretty fast as well. WiFi setup was a breeze. I recommend this printer for its affordability, versatility, ease of setup and use.

The set up for this printer is extremely taxing and time consuming. I have been working on mine for a few days yet and just when I thought it was complete, the prints still aren't going through. I read the reviews before I purchased the printer and they all said difficult to set up but i thought they were all exaggerating. They are not!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't get the wireless feature to work

Everything was going great. Successful install, nice print copy --Until I found out that the wireless feature would not work. My wireless signal was good, the printer worked when connected by a usb, but it will not work wirelessly.
So now I have a printer that works well, but not for the purpose for which it was purchased. By the way, I have three other Epson printers and this is my first disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

it took only a few minutes to set up with my network. it is very quiet, fast, and print quality is great. the price fits any students budget. i think if you are shopping for a good printer, find a store and ask to sample its work.
