Pros: Good printing. Uses moderate ink levels to accomplish a fine looking printed piece. Prints with boundries without traces of ink at edges. Gripper does not leave mark on thinner paper.
Cons: Paper loads from top which makes it harder to fit into smaller printing stations within furniture designed for computers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This offers compact size, great scan, copy and photos. Easy to use and touch screen makes it all easy to do. Love it. Great price too!

Where is the repair utility

Works well most of the time but sometimes the ink blurs and I still can't find the utility screen to clean jets, etc. Do not use it to print photos, just documents.

I really like this printer but I am not crazy about it going into a standby mode and having to have to manually turn it on, if there is some way I could set it to print when I need it to it would be perfect...

The item has operated with perfection since i had it. If you do moderate printing, this is the machine for you! The product is durable. I have purchased two of them in recent years because of their durability. One for my wife and the last one for me.
