so far so good. only printed one page, but it printed faster than my old Epson. took close to an hour to set up is the only draw back

First time purchase

I am not tech savvy at all and had no trouble setting up this unit. Easy to understand directions included. Reasonable time to set up.. a more experienced person would cut that into a 3rd of the time. Great quality printing. Overall very pleased with purchase and highly recommend to anyone needing a simple home unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

once it was hooked up and running it is fine but for someone who is electronically challenged it was a little hard for me to understand but works great now.

Great picture quality. I just wish it had a separate tray for 4x6 photo paper so I could print photos and regular letter size without changing it out.

My XP-400 All-in-One Printer works very well with several laptops on my network.
The "wireless" installation with no patch cord was perfect.
A great buy for the price.
Epson has always been my choice of printer, all the way back to my impact printer that used a ribbon.
Keep 'em coming.

This would be a good product if the CD would correctly install the drivers. My opinion, the CD doesn't work correctly and it takes too much time. Good product though.
