Had Xp400 for over a year. For six months I have fought a battle with printer where it goes offline where it will not print with no apparent instructions to get it back online. At wits end today I pulled the printer out of my system and reinstalled it. Working so far hope it continues to work or to the trash can it goes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The decal on Display fell off so I glued it back on, no problem.
I installed my routers code it was accepted right away, I installed drivers & software on my computer.
My computer wirelessly recognized the printer right away, no problem.

Quick set-up!

Very easy to connect to my MacBook and it took only about 10 minutes to set it up. My last two printers didn't really meet my expectations so decided to try an Epson. This one is fast and I like the small size. So far, so good!

I like the printer and I am satisfied with it. Although, I am trying to understand why my printer is telling me that it isn't registered on the cloud services when I registered it and have received my confirmation email telling my that my printer is in fact registered. Scratching my head...

Excellent machine

I think this is a great printer it just uses a lot of ink other then that I have nothing to complain about. I would love for the company to make the ink last longer or make it a little cheaper. I love ever feature on this machine. Scan fax print copy everything. I believe it is the best money I ever spent. Oh and it cleans it self.

Even better than expected

This little all-in-one printer does everything as advertised... and then some. Since I am a 'senior' I was impressed with the clear instructions for set up and installation. The wireless information was quickly and automatically done via my computer. The options for copying, scanning, etc. are simple and easy to use. I could not be more satisfied!

Commendable and Compact Workhorse

I do not do have volume printing but this printer has proven to be the best performer I've used in my home base business. The picture quality is just right when I have to illustrate explainations to my clients. Low Price with High Value, who could ask for more?

Horrible so far

After several hours working on setting this printer up, it's STILL not set up and I gave up to get other things done. I have one computer on Windows 7 and one on 8. It's not working on either computer even using a USB cable. I was looking for something simple, I had no idea it would be this complicated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
