Great printer

The printer was very easy to set up wireless and prints flawlessly. I was afraid that the speed would be an issue since it is replacing a much more expensive printer that died at a young age. Speed is adequate, print quality is good. A great printer for the money.

This is an excellent, small, inexpensive color wireless printer. I have had it for three months now and it meets all my expectations. The user friendly ink cartridges are great. Changing cartridges was always a major hassle with other printers, this one is a snap. The color print quality is comparable to much more expensive printers I have owned.
I have two daugthers that also own and love this printer and so far, no problems for any of us. The wi-fi was easy to hook up. Since this was my first wireless printer, I was concerned about that part since I am not an IT person at all.
Thank you for a good product at a reasonable price.

I got this printer because I needed something inexpensive and small that scanned and copied. This fit the bill perfectly. Because I am in an apartment, I had to set the printer up in another part of the room away from my computer, because of space constraints, so I love the Wi Fi capability. It also makes great copies and prints crisply and clearly with minimal noise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the printer this past Feb. and used sparingly and worked well until June when the rollers stopped working.. I called tech support after running the printer through their diagnostic evaluation they decided it wasn't fixable and they would send me a replacement which I found it to be excellent customer service for this alone I would give them 5 stars.. I love the fact is portable, light and easy to use, but only time will tell.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The perfect printer for my needs. Wireless, fast, easy to use, intuitive. It's always ready to use. I can be in my bedroom upstairs and want to print something from my iphone and it does that too. I just love it.

Great printer...hard to get ink

I would really love this printer if the ink wasn't so difficult to get. When its out of ink, in any color, you have to replace ALL the cartridges. What a waste! And the cartridges come in two separate orders...colors and black...so you have to be sure to order both. And the XL ink that it came with is even more difficult to find and more costly. I have scanned, copied, printed from any PDA which is great wifi stuff. I wish the ink was less of a hassle.

I really like this printer. It is much more quiet than my previous Epson printer. The quality of the printing is better and it doesn't smear.

We've only have this printer for about a month. But so far so good. Easy set up and nice smooth printing. We love the wifi factor! It's amazing how easy it is to print from your iPad or phone!
