This printer has been very good. I have had many printers but the support was not as friendly and knowledgeable. This has been very helpful in providing what I need.

Good Printer, with some problems

The Epson XP-400 is very good at printing letters or copying items from the computer. The printer is very slow in printing pictures from picture cards. It is also very slow in copying. The ink use is very excessive and is quite expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Little Machine

Just works. Easy to setup and simple to operate. It may not have every bell and whistle or be the fastest, but this is not nearly as important for a great home printer. Highly recommended.

Disappointed

The product worked fine for about 3 months. Then right after I changed an ink cartridge, it started skipping and now it doesnt put any ink on the paper at all. I am not calling customer service only to speak to someone in another country to try fix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The most frustrating thing is that if any of the ink is low(color) one cant even print in black. Shuts down printing.

Great Little Machine

I love this little printer. It fits in a small space, but does a big job. It prints flawlessly from my computer or my iPad or iPhone. The scanner worked out of the box. Before, I've had to jump through some hoops to get the scanner up and running. I bought this printer because my old one died, and this one was an inexpensive temporary replacement. I thought that I would probably get a bigger one later, but now, I don't see any reason to get another printer, when this one does everything that I need.

Perfect & Powerful for small space

I needed a small all in one printer, copier, and scanner. I didn't want to spend a fortune, but of course still wanted something that worked well and the XP-400 is the PERFECT CHOICE!!!! It was very easy to set up and get working within minutes, and it prints and copies super fast for such a small little device that fits perfectly on the bottom of my tiny computer desk. The scans are excellent quality as well. Also the ink/printing is comparable to high end machines. My only criticism would be as soon as the ink cartridges get low it will constantly warn you, but I find that I can print for a LONG time after before the ink is completely out and then I need to change it, so don't immediately change the ink when you get the first warning there is always a LOT of ink left and I get quite a few more prints/copies made.
