THE EPSON XP400 IS THE PERFECT PRINTER FOR HOME USE. THE PRICE IS VERY AFFORDABLE. IT'S JUST THE RIGHT SIZE TO KEEP ON YOUR DESK (IT'S WIRELESS, YOU CAN PUT IT ANY WHERE YOU LIKE). VERY EASY TO OPERATE. MAKING COPIES AT HOME IS SO CONVENIENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER VERY HIGHLY. SO GLAD I BOUGHT IT.

This printer was purchased as an all around printer. I found it to be programed more for a photo printer than a document printer. Should you need a photo printer this one should work for you but you may not be satisfied as a document printer.

Great Home Printer......so far

This is my 3rd Epson home printer.....last one was the NX415 and it just died. Stopped printing in black and white and gave anemic pale blue in its last dying gasp. Lasted a bit less than 3 years.
My BIGGEST problem with Epson's (and can't compare with other printers......as I've only owned Epsons) is that when one color ink runs out, it stops printing until I reload with fresh ink cartridge. Why can't it continue to print using the other colors?
Am expecting to get more than 3 years of wonderful service from this model!
Otherwise......great printer.

After only two weeks of use, it meets all my needs so far. Set-up was fairly easy and I had no problems following the directions.
