Works fine but cannot figure out how to scan three pages of a single file. Comes out as three pages. Trying to copy music with multiple pages to our ipad so that page turn works rather than going back to index to bring up next page Any thoughts?

Some Disappointment

I like the printer just fine. The only thing that is keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that now when i try to print it says i need to update. Now i am not completely sure about everyone else out there but with every computer and printer i have ever had in the past when it was time to update them it was very simple you clicked on update and guess what it ran the update. But with this system its more complicated there are these long complicated instructions to do this and even when you do each step i still cant update. Which means i cant print from my computer

Lots of little aggravations: CD was defective, web site down load took three 30 minutes efforts with the fastest FIOS internet connection. Works just fine, though and I am pleased overall. Good value, nice prints, no photos yet.

The documentation provided for this printer is not sufficient. I have not been able to print from my PC ( windows 8).

So far so good. I've only had the product for a bit over a week though. My major gripes with printers of all companies are:1. the cheapness of physical construction leading to breakage during uses such as changing ink cartridges or correcting a paper or print head jam and 2. the cost of replacement ink cartridges. I have no problem using a company's ink but I do have a problem with not being able to get those cartridges refilled with that ink. Think recycle for the benefit of your customer as well as the environment. Planned obsolescence is not a plus to this customer. it remains to be seen how your product holds up under my home use. My last printer only survived a little over 1 year (different company). I did have a positive experience with Epson printers many years ago but again today's product must be proved.

What a great printer! I shopped around and Epson offers the best printer for the price. Plus it's really easy to set up. My pictures look professionally done. I am an Epson fan from now on.

The "Install"

The original install went off like "clockwork". However, the install on the second PC didn't fare so well. Thank goodness for EPSON tech support. A little bit of patience and being very cautious along the way...... the "second" install went just fine. Overall, I would recommend the EPSON XP-400 for sure.

Nice compact design. Faster than my old Stylus CX5000 and the ink cartridges are cheaper.
