Looking for a great printer and your not financially able to afford one of those fancy high dollar printers? Then try the Epson XP-400, a great printer for a small price. The best thing is that its also wifi which means you don't have to clutter up your desk to have it near the tower. Put it anywhere and let the printing begin. This printer also has scanning ability which makes it a great tool to have around.

Nice Little Printer

Literally took only minutes to set up, install drivers/software, and connect to my WiFi network. The printer was immediately recognized by all other devices on network and ready to print. It does take a few seconds to spool the print data before actually printing, but it is not a problem (just slower than my previous printer). Print quality is very nice, although I usually just print in grayscale unless I'm creating photos. The ink is relatively inexpensive as well. Overall, a great buy for the money.

I am so excited about my new printer. I have not had a computer in over 3 years and now I have a new laptop and printer. My Epson printer is awesome!! It prints so fast. Set up was quick as well. New wireless featured is amazing. I was able to set up app on my iPhone and print from the living room. I recommend this printer.

This little printer is great! after using it for a month, I have found very little that merits attention. One is the need to reset the wireless after loss of power (about once a month here), the other is just getting used to the programming. On the positive side, I still have not used all the ink it came with, and replacement cartridges are the least expensive of any printer I had used. Quality is good, love being able to use my iPad 3 with it.

Good Quality, Not Economical

We bought this specifically for the AirPrint capability. That part works perfect. In fact, the printer itself doesn't have any operational flaws. The problem is with the ink. We only print about 10 pages a month, and we have to replace one of the ink cartridges on a monthly basis. That seems a bit excessive in my opinion. They don't last worth a darn. We will be replacing it later this year and will hopefully have more luck next time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was looking to purcahse a new wireless printer and I was delighted to find this Epson XP-400. It was very easy to install on my laptop by following the easy to understand instructuins. If you need a printer buy this one!

5 hours trying to set up wi fi and I finally had to buy a printer cable and use it as USB. I won't buy this product again or recommend it to no one.
