I love the fact that i do not 3 machines anymore an it is so easy to use ,i am very pleased with this product an it is very easy setup an use. the price for the brand is very reasonable an does not take alot of space, this is the first epson i have owned and you have a new customer from here on out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Such a Time Saver

The Epson 400 is a beautiful printer, the wireless feature allows me to print any where from my laptop. The copies are sharp and clear and print quickly. Have not tried printing from a distance location, but I have no worries.

Exceeded my expectations

I was attracted to this particular model because of it's compact size and Wi Fi feature. I am very happy to say that the unit is working perfectly and has tackled every printing job effortlessly. I work a lot with photos and I found that the XP 400 does the job. This is an excellent home printer and I highly recommend it.

This is not worth any money! I tried to use this printer after downloading updates and it will not print anything. What good is buying a printer that does not print. This is the worst I have ever seen in hardware and I have owned several different printers. If anyone is looking for a printer, DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY ON THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A PRINTER!

The printer is a neat small package that works very well. Have not had long enough to remark on reliability but so far it is great.

disappointing because of scanner

scanner is made to work optimally only with apple; not for windows.. this should be stated up front. i had to spend days figuring out how to scan in a very emergency klugey fashion that was not even documented properly ie i guessed, at a point that was critical in a contract situation to be hired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
